Placement Logic: Ad slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Specific "above the fold" positioning is subject to availability.
Payment: 100% advance payment is required to secure the slot and initiate the campaign.
No-Refund Policy: Once an advertisement is live, no refunds will be issued for early withdrawal by the advertiser.
Liability: The Kesari Nandan Academy is not responsible for the performance (CTR/Conversions) of the ad, nor for any claims made by the advertiser’s products or services.
Indemnity: The advertiser agrees to indemnify the Academy against any legal claims arising from the content of their advertisement.
