IMPORTANT: The Kesari Nandan Academy DOES NOT collect, process, or store any sensitive financial information such as credit card numbers, debit card numbers, CVV codes, net banking credentials, or UPI details on our website or servers.
All payments are processed securely through a reputable third-party payment gateway. When you make a payment, you are redirected to their secure environment. We only receive a non-sensitive payment confirmation, such as a Transaction ID, from the gateway to confirm the success of your transaction. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of our payment gateway partner.
Purpose Limitation: Your data will only be used for the purposes stated in Section 2. This primarily includes managing your subscription, providing you with educational content and support, and communicating important service-related information. We will not use your data for marketing purposes without your separate, explicit consent.
Data Storage & Security: Your personal data is stored in the secure environment provided by Google (Google Forms and associated Google Sheets). We implement reasonable security measures, such as limiting access to your data to authorized personnel only, to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
Data Retention: We will retain your personal data for as long as your subscription is active. After your subscription ends, we may retain your data for a reasonable period (e.g., up to one year) for administrative, accounting, and legal record-keeping purposes, after which it will be securely deleted.

Right to Correction: You have the right to request that we correct any inaccurate or incomplete information.
